This is an entertaining and educational book. The narrative along with the images of the landmarks keeps young children engaged in the story! I love the “Words and Fun Phrases “in the back of the book, it is adorable. I plan to purchase all the books in the series. ( )

The illustrations of Bella and Harry are playful, colorful and draw your attention. The concept is also wonderful - a travel book about Paris, teaching language, concepts, etc. But the text doesn't live up to the pictures or the idea.

It starts with: "Today we are off to Paris, France! I think I will love Paris! Paris is commonly known as the "City of Light." Paris is called this because it is the most lit city in the world."

While it might be a good gift for a child visiting Paris, there are other more interesting picture books out there. ( )
