NCLA Review: This is a beautiful book, deeper and more meaningful than its title implies. It’s not about stunning miracles, but about the many ways God is always there for us. The author explains that we must be alert to God’s presence if we are to see the miraculous in the ordinary. God lurks behind every rock and tree with something to say to us if we but notice. We must train our eyes and ears to listen, heed and obey. The more we do so, the more we will be enabled to do so. The author tells delightful, inspiring stories from his own experience to illustrate his points. One story is especially stunning, a true miracle that happened in a seemingly God-forsaken area in a remote region of India. It’s certain that if one person borrows this book, everyone else will want to read it too. Rating: 4 —EB ( )
