Judging by the title of this book I expected there to be mystery, I expected suspense, I expected lots of sex. Well, there is a lot of sex. And a few lies. The only real problem I had with the book is that it is typical of so many other romance novels out there. There is nothing to set it apart.

Janey and Malcolm are attracted to each other but, as in any good romance novel, they deny the electricity charging between them. They also suspect each other – Janey questions whether or not Malcolm is who (and what) he says he is; Malcolm is trying to determine if Janey and her family are the traitorous spies they have been accused of being. But thanks to a match-making mother, the two are thrown together to solve one of the investigations they are working on.

This is not an intensive read. It is, however, an enjoyable read. If you are looking for a light, sex-filled beach read, this is the book. The next book in the DeMarco Investigations series (His to Keep) is Nic’s story. Personally, I can’t wait for Jimmy’s. I loved Jimmy. There’s just something about a geek… ( )

The story plot move rather fast with some element of suspense. The book tell the story of Mal who is a spy planted by the National Agency, unable to stop himself from being attracted to his own suspect; Janey. First part of the story are focussing mainly on how both of them trying to ignore the attractions between them while the middle is about how both of them trying their best to protect each other while the final part is on how they come to terms with the truth that they have recently discovered.

I like Janey very much. She is a down to earth girl who realises that she have to be more independent and determine to come out from the coccoon where her family members have waived around her. She is a nice character to have in a book. ;)

Overall, the story's pace move very fast and i really enjoyed reading it! ( )

I really liked the story line would love to them in more books. There was a lot of sex scenes in it.
Malcolm Laughlin was working undercover at a DeMarcos's detective office.
Grace and Frank were highly decorated in the intelligence field before they went private. Mal last case his partner was murdered and his killer implicated the DeMarcos name.
Mal was very attracted to Janey the office computer specialist and the youngest child of Grace and Frank. He was fighting his feelings, until he realized Janey was having same feelings.
The only leads he had led to Janey being the one tied to the case.
Janey family were overprotective they even got Mal to spy on Janey blind date when her brother was in an accident. Mal had already dated and kissed her by then.
It had some laughter, some bad guys and lots of good guys. Would love to see Janey's two brothers in their own story.
