This book is about a bee who cannot help a cow by himself so he decides to get the word out to as many farm animals as possible. He searched everywhere in order to find more friends to help him out. I could use this book to talk about the different farm animals that were mentioned and what their purpose is on a farm. I could also use this book to talk about friendship and ask students to talk about ways they have helped each other out in the past and can continue to do so for the future. ( )

This story is a cute story that mimics the game "telephone" where what you say gets repeated...but of course it changes just enough to make a different statement. Such a cute story to use with early readers about why we shouldn't spread rumors or gossip. This will definitely be a read aloud I use in the library.

Cute story with cute pictures. A good story to use when discussing gossip, or spreading rumors. This could be used as building background for the game "telephone" where a bunch of kids sit in a circle and they whisper something around the circle, the last person shouting out what they think they heard. ( )

Fun story, that would be a great set up for a game of telephone .. ( )
