The boy learns if you want to lure a bunch of dragons to your party, you should definitely serve tacos. Buckets and buckets of tacos. Unfortunately, he learns salsa is a bad idea. And if a dragon accidentally eats spicy salsa he learns he could be in big trouble and have a lot on his hands to deal with.

I chose this book one because I feel like everyone loves tacos. I think this would be a children's book that both the boys and girls would be able to get into in my classroom. Sometimes I thing it's kind of hard to find book appealing to both of those audiences. I also thought the pictures in the book were super cute. ( )

Dragon Loves Tacos is a fun and interesting book to read for elementary students. It’s about a dragon, who simply, loves tacos. He is out in the desert area by himself, but when it rains, it rains tacos. On the days it does not rain he hunts for any extra left over tacos he can find. On the days it does rain, he always end up with a big stomach ache and regrets how fast he ate them. ( )

I love this book. It is so much fun to read The illustrations are so cute and it makes me hungry for tacos.
