Where this book falls a little short is in the area of addressing this issue for women and singles. But then I tend to lean toward the fact that a woman author might reach women better since we are wired different than men and pornography presents itself in a different manner for us (i.e. romance novels, love story movies, explicit conversations, emotional entanglements that lead to imagined encounters, and less toward visual things). So over all I think this book is excellent for married men especially. Lambert is up front in addressing the fact that he is not writing a book about the porn industry, or the statistics of such. In fact his book is focused on the grace and redemptive personality of God. Through this grace Lambert asserts that men can find the power to overcome the addiction of grace. This is a short read, but right to the point. Filled with practical helps and advice. I think it is one of the better resources available at the time regarding this particular subject. And I believe that this is one subject that needs to be addressed and handled in a way that will produce long lasting effects. Thanks to the publisher for this review copy.
