"Mouse Magic," by Ellen Stoll Walsh, was about a wizard who tried to convince the mouse that he was magic because he could mix colors to get a different color and make colors move when setting them next to another color. The mouse eventually realizes that the wizard isn't doing it because its magic. Anyone can make the colors change or move. Even him. This book would be great for students who are learning primary and secondary colors. Students are shown the primary colors and told what colors mix to make a certain secondary color. Students are also shown different color patterns that give the illusion of the colors and shapes moving on the page, even though they actually aren't moving at all. ( ) There's a Wizard who knows how to make colors jiggle and shake. It's magic, he says, just for wizards. But Kit, the mouse, realizes that there's more to color than meets the eye. He also discovers that the magic belongs to the colors, not to the Wizard. So step back, Wizard--it's time for mouse magic! 2 books sem críticas | adicionar uma crítica
