This was one of my favorite books by one of my favorite authors! Before I Am by Mooji is an experience in itself. As you read you feel and experience the depths of Mooji’s teaching. This book helps you get past mind to your Higher Self. I could feel something beyond working as I read the book. I could not put it down. Mooji is very detailed in his writing to make the reader truly understand and “feel” his points. The book teaches that we are not the body, yet something far beyond. It touches upon non duality. The book helps you to focus on the awareness beyond. Who are you? This is one of the simplest yet deepest inquires you can have. “Who Am I?” Who is this “I” we speak of? Reading this book was a Powerful experience. In my case, life changing. It helped me to get past mind and to recognize the Higher Self resonating within at all times. Focusing on your “Being”. Before I Am is a very Powerful experience for anyone looking to take their spiritual journey having a human experience further. Being open minded will reap you the most benefits from reading this book. ( )
