![]() Nenhum(a) Ainda não há conversas na Discussão sobre este livro. I follow Lisa's blog, 100 Days of Real Food. The cookbook contains most of the same information, laid out in a beautiful format, with some lovely new recipes sprinkled in with her old favorites. Nothing fancy or gourmet, but always a great place to jump-start my brain when drawing a blank on what to make for weekday dinners. ( ![]() 100 Days of Real Food is a combination cookbook and memoir about the author and her family's one hundred day fast from processed food. Her points are good, and I can second the recommendation of Pandora's Lunchbox. However, in my case she is preaching to the choir. For those who haven't started trying to eat more "real" food, this is a good accessible start without any intellectual pretense or jargon. I haven't tried any of the recipes, but some look quite tasty. I sort of thought I was healthy before reading this book. But I don't know why I thought that when I was sick with migraines on a daily basis. Then I looked into essential oils and green smoothies, both of which helped. And in all of that research I found this book. Life changing. And what a huge bonus that every (simple, yay) recipe I have tried from this book is wonderful. sem críticas | adicionar uma crítica
