In her debut novel, Loving Jovie, author Peggy Dabney weaves an delightful tale of intrigue, drama, and romance. I really enjoyed the mixture of romance and suspense that was interwoven throughout the story, it kept me engaged and turning the pages. I couldn't help but get caught up in the lovers triangle, both Leo and Owen captured Jovie's heart, and I could sympathize with her as she struggled to pick which man would ultimately win her heart. Just as the emotional drama from the lovers triangle starts to heat up, the author adds in the intriguing dangerous criminal element that takes the reader on an exhilarating and suspenseful roller coaster ride to the surprising conclusion.
