Guided Mindfulness Practices with Jon Kabat-Zinn – Series 3
Love these meditations - JKZ leads with such authenticity. These are wonderful guided meditations most between 20-30 minutes except the last one which is 48 minutes, the Walking Meditation which is 9 minutes, and the Lifescape Meditation which is 12 minutes. I have used all the CDs in the previous series and found this new series to be a wonderful addition. I have also read all of Jon Kabat-Zinn's books which are great but not necessary.The only extra cd I would have liked in this series would be one with just bells and silence like the one in Series 2. You do not need to read any books to benefit from these meditations. Just 20 minutes will be very beneficial. Excellent series of guided meditations. Jon Kabat-Zinn's program is the most scientifically researched meditation program in existence and that research proves it works when practiced as directed.
