This is a great book by itself, but it's even better reading this while I'm rereading the Fablehaven series to prepare for Dragonwatch. ( )

This is a very important book for anyone familiar or want to become familiar with Fablehaven. There are so many important things to know and be aware of there. The things referred to in this valuable book include: artifacts and items, potions, creatures, magical plants, wizards, demons and many others.

Of a few of my favorites are such as potions made from the milch cow (known to be "a potion master's dream"). It is said that "the lives of many potion masters are cut short in their quest for ingredients".

One of my very favorite creatures is the beautiful lectroblix. This one is known to be "vampire in nature. It connects with victims through a bite to remain young by draining its victims of their youth". You can search for your favorites by reading "The Caretaker's Guide To Fablehaven", also.

The Caretaker’s Guide to Fablehaven is a compendium of all the magical creatures that can be found in Fablehaven. It is written by Brandon Mull as a guide to a new caretaker of the preserve. Beautifully illustrated by Brandon Dorman, it is a nice companion to the series. A perfect book for any fan of the series. ( )

the series has many imaginative mythical creatures especially dragons. Every one of the dragons has a name and a special power and they all look different and are described in words, but they existed only in our imagination. The Caretaker's Guide to Fablehaven is the first visual discovery of the creatures in the series and is written as if the reader is the new caretaker of the Fablehaven preserve. ( )
