Great characters, excellent story/writing, lots of mystery, killer world building, and wonderful art! And all this makes for an excellent comic that is worth collecting and rereading again and again. Tim-21 is a sympathetic character akin to David from the film Artificial Intelligence. This a smart and gorgeous space opera series and one of my favorite comics of all time. (

I love, love, love this book so very much. Every bit and bunch of Descender has made me happy. I love the characters and the surprises. I loved seeing faces and people I didn't expect to see at all. I love getting to learn so much from the different points of views, too. And that ending! Ah-hahahaha. I can't wait to keep reading on. (

not quite as good as the first volume but the artwork is great. ended on one hell of a cliffhanger too. (
