The intrigue and the hinted at clash between the two worlds keeps me into this series. (

Hehehe. *nervous laughter* I’m on the verge of breaking down. There is only one book left and I will have to say goodbye to my babies and I am so not ready. I loved this book and this series so far. Cleo and Magnus and etc...the friendships emerging that I did not see coming but now am loving for them...just the whole story. It’s amazing. Morgan is a genius. (

I swear, this series toys with my emotions. Sometimes I'm frustrated with all the characters and don't want to read anymore, but then something happens and I can't put it down. Very "Game of Thrones" feeling in some instances, but not quite as many characters and a PG-13 rating. (

I can sense this series heading towards a strong finish (and I hope I'm not disappointed!). In this volume, several characters start to learn to work together, recognize their shared goals, and being to understand the complexity of their actions. I enjoyed watching the character interactions and I loved one of the final scenes when two previous enemies found a way to help each other and rewrite their own destinies. I'm looking forward to reading the next book! (

“I believe in magic. In evil sorceresses who deep down are really beautiful princesses. I believe in immortals who live in a different world than this one, accessible by magical stone wheels.”

This series has taken so many unexpected turns and was by far not what I expected. I wanted a chill and relaxing book but got falling kingdoms instead, and I'm not complaining.

I cannot wait for the 6th book and I'm not sure if it's going to be the last but I really hope not. I have fallen in love with characters I did not expect. The character development is exceptional.

The book showed different sides of all the characters. Deciding whether a character is 'evil' or 'good' is not something you can just do in this world. The only thing you can do, is love them (
