This is a series that I really enjoyed as Inspector Gamache and the rest of characters, such as Reine-Marie, Jean Guy, Clara, Ruth, Gabri, Olivier and Myrna going through life and investigate various murder. The stories are well laid out.

Gamache and his team are called to the scene of a suspicious death in Three Pines. The locals are certain it's a tragic hunting accident, but Gamache smells something foul this Thanksgiving season.
