What can I say. My heart is torn apart!! I have loved Laurelin Paige for some time and I am never disappointed when I read her books. DFRM is no different. From your first introduction to Donovan you don't know if he's an arrogant ass or a brooding savior. You spend equal time wanting to love him and knee him in the groin. You watch Sabrina transform from a shy wall-flower to a strong, stubborn woman who doesn't know quite what to make of Donovan nor can she figure out his end game. Loved the journey of reading this one and can't wait for the next book! ( )

Starting ten years after Dirty Filthy Rich Boys. Sabrina has a successful career and is at a conference where she's reacquainted with Weston. They spend a weekend together in bed and she's still feeling isolated and damaged from Donovan but still can't stop thinking about him. Weston offers her a job at he & Donovan's company and she accepts knowing that Donovan is an ocean away at the company's Japanese headquarters. Color her surprised when Donovan turns up to run operations in the office she's in. Those twisted dark feelings are still there. A bombshell of Weston being engaged and still making plays for her along with Donovan wanting to possess her are a focal point. Donovan can be cruel and cold but can also be loving and then pull back. More secrets spill out and another cliffhanger setting up for the next book Dirty Filthy Rich Love. Can't wait!!! ( )

There was a level if intensity in this book that I wasn't expecting. This intensity wasn't just between the characters but the actual story itself. I was drawn to the passion between the characters. I loved the push and pull between Donovan and Sabrina.

I was confused at times by Weston and that whole relationship but it wasn't enough to deter me from the complex relationship forming. Very good story. I'm looking forward to the conclusion of this. ( )
