This was truly an interesting book and a glance into the life of a mouse. The reader does need to remember that due to the shortness of the book itself and the constant perils found hanging over the mouse world this was definitely not very conclusive or detailed exactly to your mouse's life for there were only about six ways to die while maybe one or two choices that led you to a safe conclusion of your day in the life of a mouse.

The book also gives you occasional additional trivia that allows you to get further into the life of a mouse such as the perils of poison and trash to all creatures, of the few creatures out to hunt you in the book and how they live their life.

The writing is short, simple, easy to understand and easy to follow. Along with the beautiful hybridizing of the pictures to make one-of-a-kind artwork to catch your eye. And any child into nature or animals will truly find this a book to enjoy. ( )
