This book is DARLING!!! Oh my goodness, I am going to try using it in a storytime this week. I will be curious to see how it goes.

The premise is simple. "Z" find a letter with only two words, "Love, Beatrice". But for the robots, love does not compute. So "Z" sets out to find Beatrice and discover what love means. Characters are encountered along the way and share what love means to them. (At the end of the story, it would be excellent to ask kids the same question)

This one might be an own it for me one day. ( )

A little robot finds a message in a bottle signed, "Love, Beatrice." No one is able to explain to the little robot what "love" is, so it goes in search of an answer...and finds Beatrice. Throughout the search, though, Z collects partial answers that altogether add up to a pretty good working definition. ( )
