The cover of the book is a painting of a well-built warrior who is ready to slash the opponent with his huge sword singlehandedly. The other hand bore the double edge knife. The war scene in the backdrop is with huge mountains and charging soldiers.

Plot:
This intriguing book is the sequel of 'Dharmayoddha Kalki: Avatar of Vishnu' (Book 1) by Kevin Missal. Kalki sets his journey to the peaceful Mahendragiri mountains with his companions after getting defeated in the brutal war between him and Lord Kali. His path towards his destination was not so easy. He encounters Vanara and Pisach armies which will forcefully make him involve.

Lord Kali who starts enjoy the victory, slowly loses his peace with the appearance of Manasa, the sister of late Vasuki. While facing the difficulties in her life, losing her beloved ones, she plots the death of Lord Kali and swears to destroy his kingdom.

Will Kalki leave to Mahendragiri mountain to attain his goal in life? What happens to Kali and his kingdom? Will Manasa encounters Kalki and will she get help from him to destroy Lord Kali? What will happen to the Kalki avatar?

What I like:
1. The narration of the story and the twist in the last chapter is awestruck
2. A unique and astonishing plot and mind gripping narration.

What I didn’t like:
There are no faults in particular in the story. The characterization and the sequences of all the scenes are done in a perfect way.

Characters:
The protagonist character and other main characters are portrayed very well. Other characters have given the utmost importance along with the main character.

Narration:
The narration and the scene symphony is excellently done. The reader will have the best experience while reading the same.

Language & Grammar:
A clear language with neat and uncomplicated grammar is used in the book

My Final Verdict:
A good and unique read, which will leave you thrilled and all excited.

This book is the second part of kalki- the dharmayodha. In this book Kalki is traveling to mahendragiri and what all difficulty he faces. Parallely other 3 stories go on. One is of Manasa Vasuki's sister, another is Arjan and indragarh and the last one is about Kali. This book is importantly barred on eye of brahama which shows you past, present, future and the fourth one which can be the possibility not certainly according to one'action in the present. There are 4 shrads. Each important characters have one of those in the book now. Author has confused who is important or who is dharma and adharma. Overall it's a good book to read now waiting for the last book hope it comes fast. Overall I would say it's a very good Goodread... 😊 ( )
