Jokers Wild Series
Nicholas Pine and Zelda Quincy meet when she confronts him outside her shop that sells antique magic devices. They chat, he tells her what he is looking for, she says she will let him know if/when it arrives and that should be that BUT there is chemistry. Why? Is it because he is a magician looking for a device that plays a huge part in Zelda’s past or...is it magic….or...perhaps chemistry?
This is a short story that deals with people who have trust issues, are not truly open with one another and have past baggage that is dragging them down. Throw in an ex with a motive to increase the tension and a few other things and you have a quick steamy story to read.
If you like magic, magicians, illusions and an easy quick read with a bit of sizzle then this book might be for you.

What I wonder about? Zelda’s sister and what will happen in the future for this couple.
