A carregar... A Short History of Presidential Election Crises: (And How to Prevent the…por Alan Hirsch
Nenhum(a) Ainda não há conversas na Discussão sobre este livro. Nothing particularly noteworthy here. Does provide a concise introduction to a few of the more highly-contested presidential elections, but there are certainly better accounts of those elsewhere. The authors main point is that the Electoral College system and some less than perfectly secure voting systems around the country is bound to produce some tangled election results from time to time. As if we didn't know that already. His solution is to abolish the Electoral College and he proposes a constitutional amendment to do just that. Good luck ever getting something like that passed though. ( ![]() sem críticas | adicionar uma crítica
