Winter Hawk is the ninth book in the Evidence Series. The idea of drones being used as both toys and for military application is very timely. Because the book is short, there isn't much time before the two main characters become romantically involved, but this is more of a problem as it relates to the length of the book. One of the recurring themes revolves around the menorah and the traditions surrounding Hanukkah, which adds an interesting touch to the story. Overall, this book is a quick read with some compelling details, but it is just a little too short. ( )
