( ) I was a little disappointed with the shortness of the book, I finished it in two hours. Also, the content is just a rehashing of what you can read on his website, but there's still some value in reading this book; especially if you are running your own small software development business, and are wondering about hiring a programmer. In this book, Mr Spolsky writes tips about recruiting top programmers for your company. The good thing is that even though the intended audience is recruiting people, this book is also a good read for people who are looking for jobs. More than that, even people who are working will find this book an excellent source of tips and motivation to work even better. Even more than that, it will make you once again believe in humanity. On the flip side, this book re-use a lot of materials from Mr Spolsky's earlier books. The new thing about this book is the organization of ideas. sem crÃticas | adicionar uma crÃtica
