I feel this author has very good potential, but the story was not really my thing. The character development was good however I did not think the story line followed. However i enjoyed the writing style and would be willing to read another book by this author. ( )

This was a hard one, I felt it was well written and had a well put together plot with interesting characters, my caveat was the "superpower" it took quite a while in the story to develop and I found it very difficult to accept and not be grossed out, but maybe thats the idea. No spoilers here, the book is most certainly for adults. The author really got NY in that time frame. ( )

It was definitely an interesting read and I can say I haven't come across anything like it. The author has a unique style of writing that makes you feel like you are there. During the opening scene I could picture every little detail. Without giving anything away, this book hits on many different genres.
