This trilogy is just fine. Simple, easy to digest romance with some sci fi fantasy mixed in. Liked the first book, and thinking I will like the third, just because of the couples involved. This one was a little...blah to me. Didn't really get into the characters. ( )

I thought the first book a little dull and not so much a horror story. This second book did not live up to its billing. I thought the writing tedious, the relationships rather flat. I'll read the third book but my expectations are not high. ( )

A great read by one of my favorite authors. ( )
