This book was given to me by a friend years ago after it came out, and I heard a lot of positive things about it, but when I read it, I did find a few interesting ideas in there, but the thing that really turned me against it was all the damn christian proselytizing. I felt like I was back in fundie pre-marriage counseling, which I attribute for breaking up my first marriage, and thus something I hold in contempt. There are many better, and more helpful, books out there. Not recommended. (
