His advice and insights are very practical, very do-able, and could be life changing. Everyone struggles with anger, even if you repress it you will find strategies on how to express it in a healthy way. I liked how he explained the good side of anger, used a lot of real life examples, and the chapter on handling anger directed at yourself. Dr. Chapman read the audio-recording and did an excellent job, since he does regular radio work his recording voice is polished and professional. NCLA Review - Learn the difference between definitive anger (with good cause) and distorted anger (based on misunderstanding) and how to deal with both. Anger at family, children's tantrums, festering resentment, anger at self or at God are described and the Christian way to deal with each is explained. Chapman cites actual case demonstrations. Each chapter ends with a summary of points covered to help the lesson stick. A study guide is included. I found this book to be a goldmine of help and haven’t raised a fist to my computer since I read it. Every church and every home should have a copy. I wish I could rate it 5. Also available in unabridged CD. Rating: 4—EB sem críticas | adicionar uma crítica
