I was very happy to review this exceptional 200 page book because it's main focus is one I totally and wholeheartedly believe in. The author has gone out of her way to bring us a comprehensive guide aimed at bringing a family focus in the presenting and living of spiritual principals in our daily lives.
I loved the simple and easy to follow format, the personal stories and also the great exercises that acted as a wonderful guide to keep me on track. My favorite section was on keeping a spiritual grounded house because it is so important in today's turbulent world. I would recommend this endearing present to anyone who wants to nurture or families in a spiritually responsible way. Thanks Sonia, for this much needed labor of love.
