Maybe 2-1/2 stars. It had some interesting elements but there seemed to be too much crammed into this book. Secret baby, royalty, mafia ties, kidnapping, motorcycle racing, secret princely half brother, other woman, drowning of heroine etc., etc., etc. Cut half of that out and I think it would have been a better story. (

The last Jennie Lucas I had read deserved a case study in OTT-WTF-wallbanging-ness.So when I started this book.... I had similar expectations.But surprisingly, this was a good read.Oh, there were the usual melodramatic scenes and dialogues that are trademark of HQN Presents...... but the story was good.There were some good moments like Hero faking his response when the Heroine cooks for him.There was an OTT Villain which is a staple in most Jennie Lucas book.All in all it was a good cute read. (
