NCLA Review -This book is written for young boys, God's Warriors. On one page, God has written a letter to his young warrior explaining things and expectations for his life. God talks about why he was chosen, power of prayer, respect, dealing with conflict, love, and many other subjects. The opposite page has a prayer for the young man to respond with. There is always a Bible verse to go with it. This book would make a wonderful devotion for a father and son. Grandfathers could use it too. It would be a good way to open discussions on things like respect, honor, what it means to be called by God and live the kind of life he wants him to lead. It also talks about revenge, obeying, death and the treasure of heaven at the end. All very important subjects to talk over with all of your children. It can also be a good reminder to adults on how God wants us to be. Ages 9-12. Rating: 3 —NP ( )
