As we all know our schedules can get pretty hectic. This often results in less quality time with our families. The parent in this book is very motivated to show her child the simplest things in life such as the green grass and the bright blue sky. Showing your children some of the simplest things in life can bring so many beautiful memories later on. This book seem to really touch me simply because I am a new mommy and the most important thing to me right now is spending time with him! ( )

I loved this book, especially the illustrations. It is a perfect bedtime story to share with young children and brings out the joys of childhood and nature. ( )

This book is an example of realistic fiction because it tell a story about how much a child is loved by their parent and all the things the parent want to show their child and experience with them.
