Nicely done. Largely unbiased and with lots of helpful stretches and exercises that other books lack. Still wishing there was a bit more about the post- partum period. (

this is an indispensable book. a "must-have" for all pregnant women. it is very open-minded but it's balanced, too, explaining both hospital and home birth without judgement. very comprehensive and helpful (
