![]() Nenhum(a) Ainda não há conversas na Discussão sobre este livro. This particular adaptation of Howl's Moving Castle suffers for fault of the medium by which it is being conveyed. By choosing to take screenshots of the film and superimposing dialogue over them, pacing is placed by the wayside. There are too many panels required to show an action as simple as standing because Miyazaki's art style is so fluid and there is so much movement. Had they simply foregone some of the smaller, less essential motions or combined separate actions into a single panel (ie: Sophie standing up and groaning with a hand pressed to her back does not need three panels to show) this could have been a great manga. As it is, this will only be read by fans of other forms of this story because they want to consume all that is related to "Howl's Moving Castle" and never on its own merit. ( ![]() This 4 book series is great. I love it. I like that it reads like a manga book and that it is stills from the movie used as the artwork. I absolutely loved the movie. This volume takes you from the beginning of the story to the breakfast in Howl's Castle. Review: In the land of Ingary lives Sophie Hatter and her other two sisters who abide by all fairytale rules because of market chipping. as the eldest daughter, she is set for failure and the youngest for success. Their stepmother, Fanny treats them well and their father sent all 3 sisters to school obeying fairytale rules. Months later a movie castle appears belonging to Wizard Howl who supposedly eats the souls of girls. Sophie's father dies, leaving the shop she works at in debt. Fanny pulls all 3 girls out of school for Sophie to become her apprentice at the hat shop. *dodges Nic's death stare* So far actually a good adaptation of the book. Haven't gotten to the bit where it stops making any kind of sense. sem críticas | adicionar uma crítica
