Ma l’attrazione è una spinta che il Duca non riesce e vuole frenare … Un’altra storia molto piacevole dove, finalmente, vedremo sciogliersi un po’ alla volta anche il compassato Duca accanto a una donna, Catherine, che è l’esatta antitesi del suo modello di possibile compagna di un nobile della sua caratura. Emozionante, avvincente ma anche spiritoso è la più che degna chiusura di una saga che mi ha conquistato, divertito e fatto sognare. It’s not a rip-off or anything, but there are many similarities, although Wulf is more Darcy than Christine is Elizabeth. I skipped right to Wulf’s book after meeting him in book 1 of the Bedwyn books, and after this, I definitely want to go back and read about the other four siblings. I really love Wulf, though, and I was eager to read his story. Frankly, I could have used more swoons. There was a lot of angst and bad feeling that went on for far too long, and Christine got rather mean a few times. The best part was the house party with all the Bedwyns. I loved how they interacted with each other and started matchmaking for Wulf and Christine. I thought there was potential for a Lady Katherine-esque scene, but I wasn’t sad when it didn’t happen.
