I have always wondered isnt faster sales, higher growth, and many other KPIs on which businesses and individuals are rated ... are inherently like accelerating your car when you know the road is about to end... this book addresses this dilemma! ( )

I've been looking for inspiration where small is better, especially in a corporate world. This book shows a collection of businesses that have taken a different tack in business, where profits and being big is not everything. Where the human element appears in abundance i.e it's nothing business, it's personal. Both the big companies and the small companies should read this.
