There's a missing historical and very expensive map that has gone missing. It must be found before Saturday. That is when the Queen is going to be at the ball and the map is a gift to her.
Not a spectacular story but what irked me was the inaccuracy of what they called the Queen, "Her Royal Highness" instead of "Her Majesty" and something as simple as high tea can be researched online. Perhaps the author thought she knew the difference between afternoon and high tea, but it isn't correct in the book.
I wouldn't recommend this book.
Colonial Williamsburg is an amazing place and I didn't get the feel for it at all via this book. ( )
