I have read it several times in the past week to my preschoolers. They love this book and so do I. The story is cute and interactive. The majority of the story is told through speech bubbles, while the interactive part is done through background text. I loved how the book has rhythmic descriptions and then asks readers "Which would you choose?" for many of the illustrations. I also loved how colorful the illustrations are. They were very eye catching and entertaining. The main theme of the book was being helpful. Hamster portrays this by taking over for the monster truck driver when his glasses break. This book was awesome and I would highly recommend it. Hot rod hamster is about a hamster that decides to join a race at noon. It leads you through rhyme to how the hamster acquires his race car and then wins the race. I found the way the author chose to rhyme every other page. It was a funny tale of a little hamster taking an adventure on the race tracks. sem críticas | adicionar uma crítica
