A wonderful resource for anyone considering journaling: Both clear and engaging, a rare combination in self-help works. Adams provides enough suggestions, steps and frameworks to help anyone get started, with easy-to-understand grounding in the therapeutic value of the various approaches. She peppers the book with real-life examples from her journaling workshops, and provides a number of resources for those who want to pursue journaling (or a specific technique).
