I received a copy of this book from Book Sprout and the Author, and this is my review.

This is a review of one specific story in an anthology called S is for Slasher, which is actually book 19, of this A to Z horror anthology series.

Slash Camp, By Monster Smith, was a quick and interesting take on kids' summer camp. In the story, the author gives us so many nods to other great horror movies, like Friday the 13th, Nightmare on Elm Street, etc. While it was funny, it was also cute.

Now, with that, we still get the mystery of the, who done it, and what kids will or will not be offd. I enjoyed it, and laughed more than once. I would suggest picking up the anthology, even if it is just for this one story. But one of the GREAT things about anthologies is you get to find new authors to fall in love with.

This story is a 4 / 5 🌟, NO spice, some gore, 3 / 5 for violence as most of it is implied or actually off page. I think the story would've been just perfect if we would of had some on page kills. But, that is me.
