I was lucky to get a chance to read an early copy of this book and I was pleasantly surprised.

Finn is the ultimate cowboy, taking over his fathers ranch after he died. He is a mamma's boy and isn't afraid to admit this. His mamma meets a new man and Finn is given a stepdad.
With his stepdad, came a stepsister and he really isn't happy that he has been told that he has to share his part of the house that he has made into a true man cave.

Raven is down on her luck at the moment and has to move into her stepmothers house. She meets Finn and attraction ensues which both of them have to hide away from their parents.

Olivia has produced a book that is brilliant and enticing. We follow Finn and Raven through their attraction to each other.

It is a fast paced read, but nothing is left out of the story. Olivia has a real flair for storytelling and I look forward to seeing more of her work.… (mais)

I wish I had never agreed to write a book review for Scratch . . . not because I dislike the book, and it's predecessor, Glitch, but because I find myself wishing I could read Jack before I write anything! I don't like writing review that contain spoilers and I'm going to have a booger of a time once again! The book is short, a very quick and consuming read.

The story is very dynamic and the characters are, well, characters. You'll have to read the book(s) and find out about them for yourself!

I highly recommend you pick up Scratch (and Glitch and wait impatiently for Jack) and read them for yourself. You won't be sorry. Scratch receives five, steaming hot cups of Room With Books coffee, and I can only hope Ms. Linden and Ms. Newton will join their ink for future stories!
