'Secrets Revealed' takes the modern obsession with celebrity and weaves a romantic tale full of suspense and angst.

Melanie and Ryan are actors whose work forces them to be apart more than they would like. Christmas approaches and they plan to spend it with their families before enjoying their belated honeymoon. Sounds idyllic but a secret from the past revisits and leads to a tragic chain of events for the young lovers.

The world building in this story is intricate. Written in the 1st person from Melanie and Ryan's point of view the story's pace is slower at the beginning which allows you to appreciate how Melanie and Ryan are affected by their newly acquired celebrity and marital status.

Melanie and Ryan's character development is excellent as are the family interactions. The family relationships are pivotal to the story and provide important clues to later plot twists. I liked the impressive cast of secondary characters.

The action packed, fast paced second half of the story is page turning as Melanie and Ryan face the consequences of the secret's revelation.

'Secrets Revealed' is an interesting story with memorable characters well worth reading.
