A very accessible read into some of the key theological views within the Wesleyan tradition. While perhaps not the ideal resource for deeper critical studies, since such a small percentage of the Christian population is willing to wade through most of the more scholarly tomes; this provides a simple, but not simplistic, alternative. An excellent resource for pastors to recommend to congregants expressing an interest in deeper exploration of why we believe what we believe.

Theology without the pedantic nature of most theology books. This book (and its prequel) make theology accessible to the average reader. Terms are explained in simple English. Even someone not familiar with the Christian theology should find this an understandable book.
