What a pleasure this was, from a music lover's point of view and a lover of photography. Highly recommended reading.

Photographs 5 stars, which is why most people would’ve purchased this book in the first place. When I’d finished went back and looked at it them all again. The writing 2.5/3 stars at best. The anecdotes are left undeveloped. If you are going to start gossiping about the great and the good of rock don’t give up half way through. It’s as if he suddenly realised most are his good chums and he’d best pull back.
