First, I must say that I had never read a lesbian novella before, but I was drawn by the pretty cover and the description of the book. The story in itself was pretty good, except I wasn't really into the sex scenes, and the spelling mistakes distracted me (for instance, Maribel was spelled Mirabel several times). The Taste of Lavender would probably appeal to people who are into this type of books, but it wasn't "my cup of Spiced Chai" ;)

Collection of two short stories about women experiencing erotic moments on planes. First story concerns Myra ,who needs a diversion as she returns home to finalize her divorce and has "Mile High" steamy sex with a journalist she meets boarding the plane. The second story of bored accountant Maggie was both tawdry and unrealistic. Not for me.

Very quick, short read but enjoyable. When you are dealing with strangers, you aren't going to get too far into the actual characters, and when you are dealing with a plan ride, you are kind of limited with the story depth. Regardless, it was a fun book.

This is a collection of two short stories about sex-ridden encounters by two Lonely Hearts Club members while flying on a plane. Having not read anything lately that contained such graffic details of such encounters, I found it both reminicent of the old paperback "love" stories I read as a young girl and a little bit exciting, in a fantasmical sort of way. Although not exactly my cup of tea, I can see the attraction for someone who likes to read about steamy, detailed sexual excursions.
