Change of Heart -- help!

I borrowed the audiobook version of this from the library & then put it on my iPod, since I had to get it back to the library before I could finish it. I was just finishing it up yesterday, and right near the end, there was a skip....and then it said, "The End". (!!?!) So I missed the last, well...sentence(s)?? I'm not sure. It seemed like an odd ending, at least from what I heard. So I'm not sure how much I missed.
Anyway, does anyone have this is their possession (preferably someone who's already read it, I guess) who could PM me with the last paragraph or so, just so I can find out what I missed? Please?!!! Thanks!!! :')
