Great read! This is a new to me author and I must say I really enjoyed this book. I will definitely be reading the rest in this series. Has the feel of a small town romance with a wonderfully sweet romance and low heat level. Three sisters having grown up as the daughters of the wealthy vintner of St. Pierre vineyards, expectations are low for them but each in there own way find a way to excel at life. This is the story of Chardonnay St. Pierre and Ryder McBride as they find there way to each other regardless of the events of the past. I highly recommend this one. ( )

I signed up late for this tour. I wanted to read this book but wondered if I would have time with my reading schedule. It seems I am always behind but will always find room for a book that captures my when I read the description.

Personally the name Chardonnay is so unique, fancy and something that portrays a richness that any female would be proud to have as a name. I do not know how the author picked the names for this series but I know I will be reading the second in this series. Merlot is my favorite wine, I could not pass that book up for even a bottle of my favorite.

When Chardonnay and Ryder they both have a similar purpose in helping the community make things better for everyone. They refuse to share their ideas with each other. If they would share them a lot of misunderstanding would have been avoided. Chardonnay did not realize who Ryder was at first, when he turned to the side Chardonnay was a little stunned.

The realtor that met up with Chardonnay was a little creepy. Seems he was only concerned with her status then actually helping. Diamond the realtor was more concerned with anyone status than helping and very unprofessional. I cannot imagine how celebrity status would interfere with life. Knowing that you will never have a moment’s peace, you cannot just run out to the store for a jug of milk without someone wanting to take your picture, shake your hand, and ask for your autograph. A person like this is always on display whether they want it or not. For an adult this would be hard for a child this would be unimaginable.

Chardonnay’s father is a man who does not care about public image. A publicist nightmare to keep cleaning up all the trouble he creates.

I love the tale woven thru the grapevines something so romantic yet timeless, as romantic as any Paris trip.

This was a great read and I recommend to any who enjoy contemporary romance where sex does not overshadow the story.
