The message at the end is clear, that of following rules even when no one is watching, and helps students examine their own lives, thinking of their own consciences and decisions. Whether or not to follow the rules when no one is around can be difficult, and here Harry learns a lesson that he wants to follow the rules even if nobody is watching him because his conscience tells him that it was not a good thing to break the rules. The plot has a beginning, middle, and end and involves Harry and his classmates hearing that a teacher is engaged. They wish to figure out who it is, and since Harry believes he saw part of the surprise engagement party says who it is, their very own teacher! However, he must investigate who the groom is. Finding a cake, Harry thinks he figured it out but he broke a school rule to find out. At the end, the teacher says who the groom is and Harry was a little off with his inductive reasoning, admits to breaking the rule, and learns his lesson.
