Directions are given and there are NO pictures and NO nutritional information.
Items are canned vegetables, if you don't get them from your on garden, buy them fresh and prepare them yourself, NO added sugars and sodium that way.
Broth, why not use fresh or low sodium ? Some recipes have a LOT of ingredients, be sure to have them all.
Conclusion, conversion tables, author request a review and her other works are highlighted at the end. (
