Clayton wanted to find the biggest Christmas tree ever. Desmond had the same idea. They both set out to look for this biggest tree, but had no luck. They went back home. Clayton's dad told him to go to the far edge of the Christmas tree farm, that's where the trees are the biggest. Desmond's uncle told him the same thing. Clayton and Desmond bumped into each other and decided to look for the biggest tree together. They finally found one as they were about to give up. They decorated it with tons of lights it was the biggest Christmas tree ever. I would use this book in my classroom as it is a fun little Christmas tale about working together to be successful. This book is appropriate for ages 4-8.

Clayton and his friend Desmond, two mice from Mouseville, want to celebrate Christmas with the biggest Christmas tree ever. The day after Thanksgiving, both mice go to Clara's Christmas Tree Farm and begin their search. After a couple of days with no luck, they finally find one just as they were about to give up.
Great story for the holidays. This is a good one to stir up the Christmas spirit. The characters learn that working together is better than working alone. Easy read with colorful pictures.

Summary: It is Christmas time in Mouseville and all the mice are on a hunt for the best Christmas tree. However, when two mice find the same Christmas tree they decide to share instead of fighting over it.
