I've known Michael Harsegor from his history-themed radio show, so I had some good expectations from a book written by him. Indeed, I was not disappointed. The Portuguese Carnation Revolution is an interesting topic, Harsegor is a very good writer, and that's all there is to it. This book will not change your life in any big way, but if you're a history fan you're very likely to enjoy it.½
